The flight and the terminal
Flight numbers help identify an arrival, but flight changes and terminal details still matter. Say which airport you are using and check the terminal close to departure. The passenger should have the booking confirmation and a phone available after landing.

The collection point
Airports use different permitted pickup areas. At Heathrow, a terminal change affects where the car should meet you. Follow the location in your LDC confirmation and contact the team when the airline changes your plan.
People and bags
A car with enough seats can still have too little boot space. Include large cases, cabin bags, prams and equipment. For a family or team, request an appropriate V-Class or multiple vehicles subject to confirmation.
Your next appointment
Tell the booking team if a hotel stop, meeting or connecting train follows the airport. A direct transfer and a vehicle retained for the day have different terms. Quote the full itinerary before you travel.
