Ship and terminal
The terminal or berth can change between sailings. Send the information supplied by the cruise line, then notify LDC if updated instructions arrive. The chauffeur will use the agreed permitted pickup point.

Plan for the luggage
Cruise guests often carry more than on a short flight. Count large cases, cabin bags and mobility equipment. A V-Class or additional vehicle may be necessary for the full party.
Airport connections
If a flight follows the cruise, send the departure airport, terminal and check-in time. Allow for disembarkation and the road journey before fixing your collection time.
The return journey
For travel from London or Heathrow to Southampton, include a suitable arrival time before ship check-in closes. Ask LDC for the complete route and any additional stops to be quoted.
