Hotels and shopping

Mayfair, Belgravia, Knightsbridge and Kensington include busy hotel forecourts and shopping streets. Give the concierge entrance or postcode where you know it. Ask for hourly hire if several stops form one day.

The business day

A meeting in the City, one in Canary Wharf and dinner in the West End need a realistic sequence. Building entrances and a named passenger contact matter when appointments run close together.

Airport arrivals

Heathrow, Gatwick, London City, Luton and Stansted approach London differently. Add flight and terminal details to the final London address. Private flights need an FBO.

Evening venues

A theatre, restaurant or event may have a different pickup point at the end of the night. Confirm the return arrangement and keep the lead passenger reachable.
