Provide the venue name, entrance, invitation time and any car access instructions. Larger events around stadiums and exhibition centres use traffic controls; a legal collection point may differ from the drop-off.
Weddings and several parties
List the people in each vehicle and the order of collections. Allow for clothing, photographs and any stops between ceremony and reception. A coordinator should hold the passenger list and timing.
