Ask the aircraft operator for the handling facility and passenger exit. Do not assume a public airport terminal collection. Airside access, where available, depends on local permissions and must be arranged through the handler.

When aircraft plans change
If the aircraft lands elsewhere or the time shifts, update LDC promptly. A different airfield or FBO calls for a new collection plan and may change the quote.
