Farnborough and Biggin Hill are common business aviation gateways; other flights use dedicated facilities at larger airports. A chauffeur should not infer the collection point from an airport name alone. Send the FBO name, its address if available and the handling contact.

The handover
Some parties travel together while crew and luggage leave separately. Explain your group and any additional vehicle requirements. Meeting at a restricted gate or airside location depends on the handler’s permissions and must be confirmed.
Changes to the flight
Flight timing, passenger numbers and even the landing airfield can change. Tell LDC as soon as your operator confirms the change. A different FBO requires a new pickup instruction.
Continue in comfort
An onward journey might take you to Mayfair, the City, Surrey, Oxford or a country house. List extra stops and waiting time so the team can price the full ground itinerary.
